7/21/2022: We were blessed with lovely weather and a small but wonderfully supportive crowd of key stakeholders at the recent ground breaking ceremony for Everhart Village on July 13, 2022 in Chico. The event was hosted by CHAT Executive Director Nicole Drummond, and speakers included Butte County Supervisor Debra Lucero, Cal Water regional outreach representative Shannon McGovern, Chico Chamber of Commerce marketing coordinator Megan Gladdis, Butte County Behavioral Health director Scott Kennelly, Butte County Housing Authority director Don Taylor, and CHAT Social Services Director Amber Benedict. We're excited and grateful to have finally reached this point after so many years of work. We're looking forward to being able to open the village to Butte County Behavioral Health clients by this fall.
