From the Chico ER, 07/09/2020: "According to the consolidated housing report from Chico's housing department, "over the last 18 months, new funding from the state of California specifically directed to address immediate homeless needs has been used to augment services in Chico." In addition, three housing providers (True North Housing Alliance, Chico Housing Action Team, and the Jesus Center) are all working "to provide transitional and permanent housing for chronically homeless mental \illness and substance use disorders."
