AppFolio Resident Portal Guide
The AppFolio Resident Portal is your central place to manage rent payments, submit maintenance requests, and stay on top of your account. This guide walks you through the key steps so you can take care of everything quickly and confidently.
Below, you’ll find simple instructions for making payments and submitting maintenance requests. If you’re ever unsure, take it one step at a time. The system is designed to be straightforward, and our team is here to support you if needed.
Rent Payments
From your dashboard, you’ll see your current balance and a breakdown of charges.
To make a payment:
- Select “Make a Payment” or “Set Up Auto Pay”
- Choose your payment method. Card or eCheck. (eCheck is the most affordable option)
- Enter your payment details
- Select your payment date and amount. Full balance or a custom amount
- Click “Make This Payment Now”
You’ll receive an email confirmation after your payment is submitted.
You can also view your payment history and ledger anytime under the Payments tab.
Maintenance Requests
To submit a maintenance request:
- From your dashboard or the Maintenance tab, select “Request Maintenance”
- Enter details about the issue
- Answer the follow-up questions related to the repair
Important:
You’ll be asked if maintenance has permission to enter your unit.
- Selecting “Yes” allows maintenance to enter if you are not home
- Selecting “No” means they will only enter when you are present, and you’ll be asked to provide your availability
Be sure to include any helpful details such as pets, gate codes, or anything that may affect access.
Tip:
Adding photos is strongly encouraged. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurately the issue can be addressed.

There are also local organizations that provide additional services, including shelter, food, and specialized care. Some of these include:
